How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

Send your DMCA notice to dmca@atekgrid.com. If you cannot send email, you may mail your notice to the address listed in the “DMCA Agent” section below.

Subject line suggestion: DMCA Notice — Copyright Infringement Claim

Required Information (DMCA §512(c)(3))

To be valid, your notice must include the following:

  • Signature: a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
  • Work identification: identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list).
  • Infringing material identification: identification of the material claimed to be infringing and enough information to locate it.
  • Contact details: your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Good faith statement: a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • Accuracy + authority statement: a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
If your notice is missing required items, we may request additional information before taking action.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If your content was removed or disabled due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to our DMCA Agent. A valid counter-notice must include:

  • Signature: your physical or electronic signature.
  • Material identification: identification of the material removed/disabled and where it appeared before removal.
  • Perjury statement: a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Contact details + consent: your name, address, phone, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your address (or for the Northern District of California if outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may forward it to the original complainant. Unless the complainant files an action seeking a court order, we may restore the material as permitted by the DMCA.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We may also limit access, remove infringing content, and restrict features where necessary to protect creators and platform integrity.

Abuse of the platform to evade enforcement (new accounts, alts to re-upload the same work, or permission circumvention) may result in immediate suspension.
