This disclaimer explains how ATEK Grid treats third-party viewers, websites, grids, plugins, integrations, and other external services (“Third-Party Services”). Unless we explicitly state otherwise, Third-Party Services are not owned or controlled by Virtual World Search, Inc..

TP1 — Scope & Definitions

“Third-Party Services” means any software, viewer, grid, website, plugin, API, hosting provider, analytics provider, payment processor, or content not owned and operated by Virtual World Search, Inc.. References to Third-Party Services may appear inside the Services, documentation, announcements, or user-generated content.

Key rule: If it isn’t owned and operated by Virtual World Search, Inc., it is a Third-Party Service.

TP2 — No Endorsement / No Affiliation

No endorsement: Mentions of third-party services do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or certification.
No affiliation: Unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing, ATEK is not affiliated with third parties.
No warranties: We do not warrant third-party security, legality, uptime, or suitability for your needs.

TP3 — Third-Party Viewers & Software

You may connect to ATEK Grid using supported third-party viewers or related tools. Those viewers/tools are Third-Party Services and may have independent terms, privacy policies, and security practices.

Download carefully: Only install software from sources you trust and verify domains before downloading.
Updates: Keep viewers updated to reduce security risks and compatibility issues.
Support boundaries: ATEK support may help with ATEK connectivity, but cannot guarantee third-party viewer support.

TP4 — External Links & Content

The Services may link to third-party websites, Discord servers, social media, downloads, or destinations. These links are provided for convenience only and may change or become unavailable without notice.

Outside control: ATEK does not control third-party content, uptime, pricing, or policies.
Click at your own risk: You are responsible for evaluating safety and legitimacy before using external sites.

Phishing warning: if a page asks for your login credentials, confirm it is an official ATEK domain before entering anything.

TP5 — Hypergrid / Other Grids (If Enabled)

If Hypergrid travel is enabled, you may interact with third-party grids operated independently from ATEK. Those grids may have different rules, moderation practices, content standards, and privacy practices.

Travel at your own risk: ATEK is not responsible for third-party grids or their content.
Data exchange: Limited technical identifiers may be exchanged to enable travel and session continuity.
Compatibility: Items or experiences from other grids may behave unpredictably when returning.

TP6 — Security & Risk Allocation

You assume risk: You accept the risks of installing, using, and relying on Third-Party Services.
No responsibility: ATEK is not liable for third-party malware, exploits, account compromise, or data loss.
Best practice: Use strong passwords and protect your devices; do not reuse passwords across services.

TP7 — Data & Privacy Limits

Third-Party Services may collect and process information under their own privacy policies. ATEK does not control third-party tracking, cookies, logs, or data sharing practices.

Review policies: Read third-party privacy policies before using them.
Cross-border: Third parties may process data in different jurisdictions.

TP8 — Changes to Third-Party Services

Third-Party Services may change features, pricing, availability, and policies at any time. Integrations and links may stop working without notice.

No guarantee of continuity: We do not guarantee the availability or continued operation of third-party tools.
